Shadow Constructs was founded by Josh Bosher in June 2024, after a decade in high-end residential construction — including complex architectural projects in New Zealand with Dorset Construction, alongside Patchwork Architecture and Conor Dolman Architecture.
Josh founded the company to build one he would want to work for: clear systems, honest communication, a team that holds each other to account, and a client experience as considered as the result.
